Appointment and Payments
Booking Consultations
- Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in-person at our clinic
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
- Package treatments require advance payment
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. For treatment packages, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, minus an administrative fee. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
